JWH 210 is een krachtig cannabimimetisch alkylindool dat bindt aan de centrale cannabino\u00efde en perifere cannabino\u00efde receptoren met een Ki waarde van respectievelijk 0,46 en 0,69 nM.<\/p>\n
Voor opslag op lange termijn raden we aan JWH 210 te bewaren bij -20\u00b0C zoals geleverd. Het zou minstens twee jaar stabiel moeten zijn. JWH 210 wordt geleverd als een kristallijne vaste stof. Een voorraadoplossing kan worden bereid door JWH 210 op te lossen in een oplosmiddel naar keuze. JWH 210 is oplosbaar in organische oplosmiddelen zoals ethanol, DMSO en dimethylformamide<\/a>, die met een inert gas moeten worden gespoeld.<\/p>\n
De oplosbaarheid van JWH 210 in deze oplosmiddelen is respectievelijk ongeveer 0,5, 20 en 50 mg\/ml. JWH 210 is slecht oplosbaar in waterige oplossingen. Daarom moeten verdere verdunningen van de organische oplosmiddeloplossing in waterige buffers of isotone zoutoplossing worden gemaakt voordat biologische experimenten worden uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n
Zorg ervoor dat de resterende hoeveelheid organisch oplosmiddel onbeduidend is, omdat organische oplosmiddelen al bij lage concentraties fysiologische effecten kunnen hebben. We raden aan om de waterige oplossing niet langer dan een dag te bewaren.<\/p>\n
